Exercise & Surrender Form - Default template auto populate

Default template to be visible in the drop down when the Exercise Form configuration is enabled but no template is designed by the issuer.

Email to employee upon updating payment for exercise request

This feature allows admin users to send email notification to their employees whenever admin update payments for in-progress exercises.

Cap Table Views

User will now be able to create and save different cap table views according to their preference and can set it default for other admins and investors.

Share Certificate for Share Issuance – Equity Awards

Users will be able to generate share certificates while creating the transaction of type # Share Issuance – Equity Awards. Earlier this functionality is available only for transactions of type # Share Issuance.

Data room Notification to stakeholders

Whenever an admin user added or updated data in the data rooms, right now admin must send out an email notifying about the changes. With this enhancement, admin can trigger an email from application itself to the stakeholders having access to that data room and notify them about the changes.
