Product Updates- March 2024

1. Historical FMV Report.

Introducing a new report designed to provide administrators with comprehensive insights into the Fair Market Value (FMV) formula applied on specific exercise request dates. This report allows for the retrieval of FMV data spanning the last year. Included within the report are critical details such as:

• The specific formula applied on the exercise request date
• The determined FMV value
• The stock exchanges referenced for the formula's calculation

Navigation: Log in as an admin user -> Navigate to reports section -> Select ‘Other’ category -> FMV Report

Filters: 'From Date’ and ‘To Date’.

2. Impact on Employee Login – When the exercise window is set for a specific duration or repeatedly.

Open and Upcoming exercise window banner on employee dashboard.

            a. Now, employees can easily view the current 'OPEN' exercise window directly on their dashboard.

            b. Stay informed about future activities with the addition of the 'UPCOMING' exercise window on the employee dashboard.

            c. For a broader perspective, employees can click on 'View All' to see the 'UPCOMING' exercise windows for the next 3 months.

3. The ability to customize the vesting details grid in View Award → Grant details screen of employee login.

Login as an employee → Equity Awards → Summary of your Option awards → View Award

The following grid can be customized at an issuer level configuration. Only those columns as activated for display via system admin configuration shall be displayed in the employee login grant view page. The configuration specification can be managed from the backend.

4. The implementation of options conversion ratio in Perquisite Value formula.

The Perquisite Value formula will consider the conversion ratio of the security class from which options are granted.

Perquisite Value: (FMV * No. of Shares) - Exercise Amount

No. of shares: Units exercised * conversion ratio of the security class from which options have been granted.

5. Enhanced Country and Currency Master List:

• Updated our country and currency master list to provide a more comprehensive and accurate representation.
• Unified master list to maintain consistency and accuracy across the platform.
• Added several new countries and currencies to ensure our product reflects the latest global standards
