New Features

1. ‍Mobility Tracking for Admin Users: Admin users can now track employee mobility with enhanced data points. This feature is accessible via Settings > Configurations > Stakeholder Configuration > Individual Stakeholder > Mobility in the Main Details section. Mobility data can be added individually or in bulk, with updates visible in the stakeholder details and mobility reports.

2. Enhanced Reporting for Employee Login:

• Option Summary Report: Employees can download summaries of their option awards directly from the Equity Awards section.
• Exercise Details Report: Details of exercise requests are now available for download, offering employees comprehensive insights into their options.

3. Exercise Request at Vest Level: A new configuration allows employees to submit exercise requests at the Vest Level, in addition to the existing Grant Level, enhancing flexibility in managing equity awards.

        Navigate to Settings > Configurations > Equity Awards – Other Configurations -> Exercise Configurations – Option Awards > Other Configuration > Vest Level Exercise.

4. Offline Exercise Details Upload: A new tool supports the offline recording of exercise details during data migration periods, ensuring continuity. Admins can upload details via an Excel template through backend functionality.

5. Grant Overview Visibility: Users can now access "Grant Overview" for stakeholders with associated grants directly within the stakeholder details, providing a quick snapshot of grant

6. Graded Vesting Report: This new report offers a monthly breakdown of ESOP units from grant to vest, aiding in precise cost apportionment calculations.

Enhancements:

1. Demat Account Detail Updates: Updates to the Depository Account Type selection and account number formats for NSDL/CDSL, improving account identification and management.
2. Bulk Upload Performance Condition Template: Admins can now associate a Performance Condition template with Option Awards during creation or update, enhancing the award configuration process.
3. Employee Dashboard Enhancements: The dashboard now displays the value of holdings in the issuer's base currency, offering employees a clearer understanding of their equity awards' worth for the following widgets:
   • Your Equity Awards
   • Value of your Equity Awards
   • Value of your Shares
   • Model Value of your Shares
   • Model Value of your Equity Awards
4. Duplicate Email ID Notification: Admins will receive alerts for stakeholders with duplicate email IDs, aiding in maintaining accurate contact information.

5. New Stakeholder Personal Detail Tokens: Additional personal detail tokens have been included in the Exercise Form, enhancing the customization and information accuracy.
