Exercise notifications

• End of day notification to the admin user with details of options exercised by each option grantee on that day along with the status of in-progress exercises.
• Exercise window open notification to option grantee: Email shall be triggered to option grantees with vested awards on the window opening date.

Surrender workflow notifications

• Notification to option grantee on approval/ disapproval of surrenders.
• End of day notification to admin on the status of surrender requests submitted (Triggered end of day on the day surrender requests are submitted).
• Surrender window opening notification to option grantee: Email shall be triggered to option grantees selected in the surrender window (if they are associated to users) with vested awards on the surrender window opening date.

Corporate Action

• Apply a bonus or split to adjust options/ shares in the applicable ratio.
• All the options/ shares on the corporate action date shall be multiplied and exercise price/ share price shall be divided in the ratio of the corporate action.
• You can raise a support ticket to apply any corporate action.

Grant Acceptance

• Link last date of acceptance for grant acceptance to the approval of awards. For example: 10 days from approval date.

Valuation slider displayed on employee and investor dashboard

• Admin login: Ability to configure share price (instead of valuation).
• Individual login: Valuation slider to display the share price for option awards and shares.

Configuration to calculate tax in employee-initiated exercises

• Configure tax rates at a company level.
• Display tax in the exercise workflow.
