1.Ability to configure the minimum and multiple options to exercise by employees:  

          a. To configure, navigate to Settings > Configurations > Exercise Configuration – Options Awards > Other Configuration.                     

          b. A new setting called ‘Exercise options setting’ has been added. Admins can now set the minimum or multiple options employees should exercise.

          c. By default, this setting is turned off for all issuers.                  ‍

          d. Once activated, admins can specify the minimum and/or multiple values for employees to exercise options. Save the settings after entering the values.  

          e. When employees attempt to exercise options, they will receive notifications with the specified conditions for minimum and/or multiple options.

          f. Additionally, if the remaining options fall below the admin-set conditions, the platform will enforce the exercise of all options.

2. Exercise Window Configuration – Enhancement: We have now enhanced the “exercise window – specific duration configuration” and admin users can now “Select a specific date(s) & time(s)” or “Set the window on recurring basis".

          i. The feature retains the option for the window to be 'Always Open'.                  

          ii. It introduces more refined controls for 'Specific Duration' settings, including:

                        1. Scheduling for specific dates and times.

                        2. Setting the window to recur on specific weekdays (e.g., every Tuesday and Thursday) at designated times.

                        3. Monthly recurrence options (e.g., from the 1st to the 20th of every month), with customizable times.

                        4. The ability to exclude specific dates from the recurring schedule and assign alternate times for those exceptions.

          iii. A notable modification in our approach to email notifications involves restricting this option to when the window is set to 'Always Open'. The decision to temporarily remove notification capabilities for specific duration settings stems from our commitment to ensuring accurate and relevant communication, tailored to the configured times and dates.
